What are your customer service hours?
Scoodie customer service hours are 10:30AM – 4:30PM Pacific Standard Time
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM
How do I know that you received my order?You will receive a confirmation email.
When will my order be shipped?
Your shipment will most likely be shipped the following business day. (unless the next day is a holiday.)
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Domestic Shipments – Typically 3 ~ 7 business days.
International Shipments – On the average it can take 10 to 20 business days. At times it may take longer due to factors such as US customs and the receiving countries customs.
When will you be restocking items that you’re out of?
Some of our styles are seasonal or limited editions; this means once they sell out, they may not be restocked.

Does scoodie.com ship Internationally?
Yes.
What is your international shipping policy?
All prices shown on the scoodie.com website are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to yahoo.finance.com or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and scoodie.com is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.
Your shipping charge and service will vary based on weight and country of destination. Expedited shipping is not available for International orders.
Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Scoodeez, LLC d/b/a Scoodie is not responsible for customs/duties charges as these costs are determined by your local customs office. Scoodeez, LLC d/b/a Scoodie cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
What type of payments do you take?
Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.
eCheck – PPD, WEB, CCD, TEL.
Why don’t you accept PayPal?
We have used PayPal in the past but our preferred merchant is Authorize.net and we have no plans to use PayPal in the future.
How long do I need to wait in order to get a response to an email inquiry?
One of our team members will respond within 3 business days.

What is the Scoodie made out of and how do I wash my Scoodie?
The Scoodie is High Quality 100% Polyester Fleece. We recommend that you Machine Wash Cold and Tumble Dry Low. If you would like to iron your Scoodie please apply settings to Cool Iron. * DO NOT BLEACH under any circumstance! Please note that fading can be expected (especially from sun exposure) and might compromise the durability of the Scoodie.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Refunds – We only allow refunds on unopened boxes within 7 days of the receipt of goods. We charge a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Exhchanges – We do not allow exchanges for wear and tear. We only accept exchanges for manufacturers defects within 7 days of the receipt of goods. Once the product is inspected and is found to be defective we will reimburse the shipping charge. However, if the product is not found to be defective, you will incur an additional shipping charge once we ship the product back to you.
Cancellations – We allow cancellations within 24 hours from the time of purchase. We will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days. For any cancellations made after 24 hours, we charge a 20% processing fee.
* Any purchases made on sale items or using a discount/promo code are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Please be advised that Scoodie reserves the right to cancel any orders with or without prior notice. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification as well as a full refund.
